What is Green Button data?

Green Button is a national standard that lets US utility customers download their own interval usage data (typically 15-minute or hourly reads) as an ESPI XML file. Most major utilities — including Georgia Power, FPL, Duke Energy, PG&E, SCE, ConEd, and many others — offer a “Green Button Download” or “Download My Data” button inside your online account.
