Utility Check does not access user utility accounts, does not modify bills, and does not interact with utility providers on a user's behalf.

No Affiliation or Endorsement

Utility Check is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any utility company, public service commission, or energy provider.

All references to utility providers are for informational purposes only.

No Advice or Guarantees

Utility Check does not provide financial, legal, regulatory, or energy procurement advice.

Any comparisons, classifications, or estimates provided are informational only and are not guarantees of cost savings, billing corrections, or future outcomes.

Users are responsible for contacting their utility provider directly to confirm bill details, rate options, or account changes.

User-Provided Information

All analyses are based solely on the bill documents uploaded by the user and publicly available information at the time of analysis.

Utility Check does not verify the accuracy or completeness of documents beyond the information visible on the uploaded file.

Limitation of Reliance

Users should not rely solely on Utility Check's report to make financial or utility service decisions.

Utility Check is intended to assist users in understanding their bills and identifying areas they may wish to review further with their utility provider.

Refund Policy

If you don't feel this review was worth it, email [email protected] within 7 days and we'll refund you — no questions asked.

Data Retention

Your original uploaded bill file is automatically deleted within 30 days of upload.

We retain your analysis results and anonymized data for up to 12 months to support your free re-check benefit and customer support requests.

After 12 months, all data associated with your analysis is permanently deleted or anonymized. For more details, please see our Privacy Policy.
